This coming August 22-23, 2024, a Free Training on Quality Management Systems Standards for Digital Service Delivery will be held at the SMILE I.T. Lab - Rosario Ocampo Elementary School from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The modality of this training will be face-to-face.
The Quality Management System Standards for Digital Service Delivery is a seminar-workshop designed to develop among government executives, managers and staff involved in the assurance of quality management delivery of service demonstrating the following:
Government quality management system standards pertinent to laws and regulations.
Quality management advocacy and capability building; and
ISO 9001 certification of the agency’s quality management system based on adopted
international standards.
The quality management systems provide the tactical and operational activities and support to plan, design, acquire, implement and improve the value delivery system of realizing the strategic intention or destiny of an organization. This seminar-workshop will provide utmost understanding on how to develop a culture of quality and integrity in service management characterized by citizen-focused and well-performing organizations through the development of documented guidance and adoption of ISO management systems and standards.
Course Content:
1. Common Concepts, Principles, Requirements, Risk, Planning, and Documentation of Quality Management System.
2. Quality Management System in Project, Record, and Knowledge of a Service Organization
3. Governance and Management Standards of Digital Services.
4. Quality Management System Information Security, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity and
Certification.
