The Mandanas-Garcia Ruling was a historic decision of the Supreme Court in the public governance of the country.

In accordance with our Constitution, this decision was the basis for the promotion of Executive Order (E.O) No. 138 to further improve the implementation of local government services from the expected proper funding by the year 2022.
